Upcoming Improved Combat System


 Since last build, I mostly worked on story and combat system. I'll add new dialogues while changing old ones, cutscenes will be slightly different too. I plan to give player as much as choice I can but that mostly depends on time. I don't mean to rush things, but I also don't want to lose our momentum so I keep going back and forth, fixing old things while adding new things. 

 Anyway, I want to talk about updated combat system. Currently combat system is really fast and that is something I like, but it's also tiresome, so it quickly becomes frustrating if fight takes too long or somehow player makes too many mistakes. 

 Finding party members and being able to use them in combat is something I wanted to add for a long time. But current combat system was not enough so I just started from scratch. New system will go like this:

 I added a new phase called preAttack. In this phase, you'll be selecting your character, use consumables/items if you want, select an enemy then switch to attack phase.

 Currently all missing is inventory and skill system in combat.

 Hopefully this will make combat more meaningful and enjoyable! I feel really satisfied with the result for now.
